APR Tuning and VFC Engineering Reached Sponsorship Agreement for 2006

Chicago, IL (June 30th, 2006) - APR Tuning and VFC Engineering have reached a sponsorship agreement for the 2006, US Touring Car season.

"We are very excited with our new partnership with APR Tuning" stated Joe Barley, driver for VFC Engineering. "Our Crew Chief, Douglas Hillman, and I are proud to be working closely with the APR team to build a very competitive car for the US Touring Car Series. We look forward to representing their great products throughout the 2006 season."

"We look forward to gaining a competitive edge from APR's vast experience in motorsports, and helping to establishing a strong presence for APR Tuning in the US Touring Car Series," said Douglas Hillman.

Based in Auburn, Alabama, APR has worked with many different race series, including such large series as Grand-Am Cup. Their VW/Audi expertise has made them a staple in the aftermarket and racing world. APR leads the competition with products such as the Enhanced Modular Chipping System (EMCS). EMCS allows users to update engine management software from their own computer.

"If it doesn't make your vehicle perform better, stop quicker, turn flatter, and more fun, we don't have it." APR says.
