Cobra Top Team Award
Cobra radar detectors are consistently pick out the right signals. Out of all of the teams with multiple cars, GoGoGear.com sent a clear signal that they want to win the team championship. Brad McClure won the race and Ali Arsham finished in fourth place. The team is now leading the Cobra Top Team points championship and earned an awesome new Cobra iRadar radar detector.
Plastex Top Rookie
This year’s rookie class is full of talent and it is likely that the champion will be a rookie. The Plastex Top Rookie was also the race winner, Brad McClure. McClure won a Plastex plastic repair kit along with the lead in the points championship.

Special Awards

CRC Industries Award
Ron Valtierra of TNI Racing won a mixed bag of automotive chemicals from CRC Industries for working hard to get a backup car to the Miller race after having issues on the main car with days to go before the race.
Supertooth Bluetooth Award
Spencer Rowlands was a tremendous help preparing the GoGoGear.com team and his hard work and dedication paid off with a super reliable Hyundai all weekend long. He won a Supertooth Bluetooth device.
Race Ramps Award
Lance Booth earned a set of Race Ramps for his work setting up the GoGoGear.com Hyundai Genesis Coupe before the race and help with the event at the race.
Disc Brake Australia Award
DBA awarded a free set of their 4000 or 5000 high performance rotors to Joe Gaffey of Performance Technic for fighting for the lead of the race despite many issues. The crew never gave up and put up a tremendous fight.
Iron X Award
The Iron X action move of the race went to Race Director, Gary Trudeau who had his hands full dealing with many issues. He earned a free Iron X action camera for his efforts.
SPC Award
Specialty Products Company awarded one of their terrific camber/caster gauges to Chris Hovey of Life’s Good Racing for his help and advice on chassis setup to other competing teams.
ACT Award
Tim Barber drove a car that should have been lapped and was in second place for most of the race. He was passed on the last lap and still ended up finishing in third place and earned the Advanced Clutch Technology $500 award.
Airaid Award
Dave Brown won the Airaid air intake kit award after driving off road intentionally to avoid hitting fellow a fellow competitor and still managed to finish second.
Project Mu Award
Project Mu brake pads are some of the best in the world and Doug Makishima got a free set to use in his BMW.
Sampson Racing Award
Sampson Radio Communications award went to Ali Arsham who drove a mistake free race to fourth place.
Swift Spring Award
John Klusendorf has had a rough start to the 2013 season and broke down on the warm up lap but a set of Swift Springs should help him tune the car to be even faster at the next race.
LeMans Karting Seat TimeAward
LeMans Karting (LMK) of Fremont is a fantastic place to spend your time. Ali Arsham earned a $100 gift certificate at LMK to hone his skills.
Mothers Polish Clean Car Award
There were a lot of beautiful new cars on the USTCC grid and the one that stood out in Utah was the Performance Technic BMW of Doug Makishima.
Ironclad Performance Crew Award
Doug McClure was confident that the GoGoGear.com /BTM Motorwerks would be ready for the race but to make the race meant that Crew Chief Josh had to replace the clutch several times during the weekend. They won our praise and a box of Ironclad’s superb crew gloves.
Stack Gauges Pass of the Race Award

Whiteline Performance Suspension Award
Whiteline Performance makes some terrific suspension components and with their help Geoff Sykes can get his BMW even quicker. He earned a $300 gift certificate for Whiteline Suspension products to improve his chances at the next race.
Optima Battery Ultimate Power Source Award
The top three in Touring Car were Brad McClure, Dave Brown and Tim Barber. The winner in GT was Geoff Sykes. All drivers won a free Optima Battery for their hard work.
ATI Gauge Award
Doug Makishima’s clutch let him down with a few laps to go. They don’t make a clutch gauge but ATI’s gauges will make sure that everything else on the car is under control.
Go Pro Award
Brad McClure won the race and the winner of the race wins a new GoPro camera. It is that simple.
