March 30, 2025 (Summit Point, W.V.) – The United States Touring Car Championship (USTCC) East started its 2025 season with Round 1 at Summit Point Raceway, in Summit Point W.V.

Anthony Piselli, Martin Szwarc and Andrew Conner were in attendance and prepared to shake off old man winter and knock off the preseason rust in an always exciting Round 1.

The weather was optimum, with just enough cloud cover to keep the track from getting greasy, but warm enough to allow the cars to generate heat for full grip on the Hankook F200s without delay.

Andrew Conner in his E90 BMW was able to outpace Anthony Piselli in his Subaru WRX, while providing some exciting door to door action for the fans, Martin Szwarc in his Honda Civic was also in the mix, but just a bit underpowered to bring the fight forward through the field. 

All three ST cars were able to complete the 20 lap feature race under green flag conditions, obtaining much needed data and points for the remaining rounds of the 2025 season.
